Introduction
Pronouncing foreign words is not easy for Japanese people.
For that reason, the Japanese developed a separate writing system used for writing foreign words and loanwords: Katakana.
This same writing system is used for pronouncing foreign names of people.
For example, the English first name Margaret is pronounced as Māgaretto.
Now using the Katakana writing system this name looks as following: マーガレット.
